Two men have been arrested in Kenya in connection with the killing of girrafes in Garissa county.
The Two held at Masalani police station in Ijara are believed to have killed two Giraffes and supplied them in Nairobi and Mombassa.
The Giraffes are of rare species and they have been endangered as poachers continue to slaughter them for meat which could cost as much as $16 a kilo.
The two men are expected to be arraigned.
