In order to guarantee that all parties involved are included in the process, it is also intended to suggest to the government a reasonable and workable national minimum wage.Nta reports that on March 7 at 10 am, the committee has public hearings scheduled in each of the nation’s six geopolitical zones.

“The locations for the North-East competition are as follows: Banquet Hall, Government House, Yola, Adamawa State; North-West Africa House, Government House, Kano; and Ibom Hall, IBB Way, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, for the South-South competition.

In order to maintain the recommendations, it should include suggestions for boosting and maintaining high productivity in both the public and private sectors of the economy.

It should outline the timing and format of upcoming reviews as well as the suggested sanctions for individuals or corporate entities that violate the National Minimum Wage Act.”We will gladly accept any additional recommendations pertaining to the subject matter that is deemed pertinent and essential,” he declared.

.He advised them to call 0806 555 3550 to speak with the Director (Compensation) about inquiries and delivery confirmation. The current N30,000 minimum wage expired at the end of March 2024, so Shettima, in his opening address on January 30, 2024, urged members to “speedily” arrive at a resolution and submit their reports early.
